Here’s What This Program Is All About…

Most EVERY program out there (a lot at least) says there program is the miracle solution you’ve been waiting for – you’ll drop a million pounds in no time flat, feel like you never have before, etc., etc.

Initially that sounds great until you learn or experience How they expect you to do it…

  • Super restrictive diet where you can’t eat what you want and...
  • Only eat specific foods
  • Usually very low calories leaving your metabolism and energy in the toilet
  • Fruit only days or xyz food only days
  • Fasting days where you eat nothing at all (i.e. Intermittent Fasting is great WHEN used WITHOUT a rapid weight loss program)
