If you're doing your 1st challenge do this:
• Submit your Before measurements by Tuesday of the 1st week of the challenge
• Submit your After measurements by Friday of the last week of the challenge
• Submit a weekly check-in each Friday
» Women: Submit your hip and waist measurement
» Men: Submit your waist measurement and weight upon waking
Monthly Measurements:
